Rates $100 per 60-minute session
Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Is there a co-payment?

Out-of-Network Benefits Out-of-network services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Patients are given a billing receipt at the end of each month to submit to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
Reduced Fee Reduced fee services are available; please inquire as I make every effort to arrive at a reasonable and consistent arrangement that works for both of us.
Payment Cash and checks are accepted towards payment. Payments are due at the end of each session. Should an insurance company assist you, it is expected that you will pay your co-payment after each session.
Cancellation Policy I do carefully limit the number of clients with whom I work. I do not charge for missed visits but do require the courtesy of notification of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
